FISHERY RULES

STRICTLY NO ACCESS to the fishery BEFORE MID-DAY on 1st day of booking.

Please vacate THE PROPERTY by 10 am on last day to allow for grass cutting, maintenance etc.

Maximum of 3 rods per angler.

All particle baits must be fully soaked for 24 hours then boiled for 1 hour before use.  THEY WILL BE CHECKED!!  Pre-packed and prepared particles by bait companies such as Dynamite or CC Moores are fine.  Nuts are allowed but only in very small quantities, pre-packed and prepared by companies such as Dynamite or CC Moores and ONLY ONE TIN PER ANGLER. 

Large unhooking mats, which are supplied on site are to be used at all times. Anglers must exercise the greatest possible care when handling fish. Fish must be carried to and from the water in a suitable sling or net.  Please ensure you have scales, weigh slings and cameras ready before lifting the fish from the water

Minimum mainline of 15lbs and safe rigs only. 

Sacking of fish is NOT PERMITTED.

Sensible use of bait boats is permitted. No rowing boats allowed.

No rods to be left fishing unattended.

All gates are to be closed and locked at all times. All cars must be parked in the car park provided.                                                                                                                                                       

No fish to be removed from the fishery.

Please show the maximum possible respect to other anglers and the environment. No open fires.  No litter.  All rubbish should be disposed of in the receptacles provided.  The cutting of vegetation is only to be carried out by the owners and their representatives.

ONLY RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL WILL BE TOLERATED.

Anyone not respecting these rules will be asked to leave the fishery with no refund at all.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once we have received your completed Booking Form & deposit, your holiday will then be reserved. We will then send the Party Leader confirmation of your dates and when to make the final payment.

Only the persons shown on the Booking Form are allowed on site.

On signing the Booking Form, the Party Leader confirms that they have the authority of all persons included on the Booking Form and that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The deposit shall be 50% of the total and is non-refundable. The balance is payable no later than 8 weeks of your arrival date. If booking is less than 8 weeks in advance, full payment is required. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge a cancellation fee as described below.

Cancellations can only be accepted in writing from the person who signed the Booking Form and will incur the fees as follows: Cancellation fees: 8 weeks or more before arrival - deposit only/8 weeks or less before your trip - 100% of total cost.

The price of your holiday is fully guaranteed.

The Party Leader signing the Booking Form is responsible for ensuring that the facilities provided on the lake are kept in a clean and tidy condition. All damages and breakages must be paid for in full.

It is the responsibility of the Party Leader to ensure that all members of the group hold a valid passport.

All Clients are strongly advised to arrange a travel insurance policy covering medical costs, cancellation and for the party’s personal belongings, public liability etc, as these are not covered by us. It is also the Clients responsibility to be in possession of a European Health Insurance card, available from all UK Post Offices.

Any person using behaviour likely to cause harm to other persons or property will be asked to leave the lake immediately with no refund.

All persons must agree to and abide by the fishery rules.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellations due to any of the following; war or threat of war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, strikes, riots, industrial disputes, acts of god, fire, storm, flood, closure of ports, weather conditions, or any other event beyond our control.

Signature of Booking Form constitutes acceptance of the contract on these terms subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

We accept no liability for any accidents, personal injury or death that may occur.

In the unlikely event of any complaint please advise the management immediately.

All children under the age of 16 years old must be supervised by an adult.
